Why do you focus on three different business values rather than just one?
Our customers may have applications which reside in many different generations of the cloud; from the beginning of internet to the most bleeding edge microservices architecture. To be able to support the full life-cycle of any application our customers may have, we will combine Operational Efficiency, Business Flexibility and Competitive Edge throughout the cloud journey and be there for our customers no matter if they are disrupting others, transforming as a business, enhancing their current business or simply looking become more effective.
Our strategy is to be a continuous partner for our customers’ digital strategy and in order to do that we need to support them in any business state!
Do you deliver all of these business values in one project or customer journey?
Operational Efficiency, Business Flexibility and Competitive Edge tend to be driven by different market situations and business cases, which means that we normally split them into “per project” or associate with a particular continuous work stream where the business outcomes are carefully measured.
In our experience, these business values will shift in priority as part of a customer journey and application life-cycle and in order to bring you the best possible experience and business outcome we will normally recommend to stick to one higher goal per work stream and simply work them in parallell regarding sense of urgency.
You talk a lot about partners and ecosystems. Wouldn’t that interfere with your business if you are not reselling them?
Our customers need to incorporate technology, services and capabilities from many partners in ecosystems in their digital strategy if they are going to succeed with being more effective, more flexible and underpin the brand with a unique competitive edge! If we didn’t realize this, we would’t be able to support our customers journey and making it more sustainable by helping them with integration, complementing their competencies and extending their capabilities as a cloud native MSP.
Sometimes we resell, others we don’t; it depends on our customers digital strategy if they want us serve as a added value infrastructure broker or not.
Many companies seem to have the same headlines on added value. How do you differ?
Our customers are telling us we make their business more sustainable by making them more efficient, increasing their business flexibility and increasing their competitive edge. We enable them to go faster to market in a more sustainable way and at the same time keeping their presence in that market in the most efficient way!
We’re a combination of an integrator & cloud MSP; covering decades of technologies and applying the proper delivery culture depending on which cloud generation we are working with and what business outcomes you are looking for!
